I shall be visiting Slovenia June 10 - 17th only one week in your lovely country this time I am afraid to say , this will be my 10th visit, wish I could live there, but one week a year is enough to keep me happy until the next visit. Would any of the forum members like to fish the radovna river with me. I fished Radovna last June and got rained off with the worst rain in years, had half a dozen casts in milky water. I would love to fish this river on a good day. The problem is staying for one week, to rent a car would be too expensive for me, I could share the petrol and buy lunch for anyone interested. I shall be staying in Bohinj, I will be buying a 3 day ticket on the Sava, "my second home". Hopefully my last resting place, a short cast from heaven. I have fished the Soca and caught a marble trout I might add, Idrijca, Baca, and Dolinka. look forward to staying in Slovenia in June. Hvala lepa. |

Hey Allen,,, Welcome to our forum board!  Have you received any feedback concerning your request on fishing at the Radovna river yet? I hope that you will have a nice fishing conditions during your stay, because Radovna and the lower parts of Bohinjka river were still quite high and snowy in a last few weeks...
