Folks,

Have been a member here for a long time and I think it's time for me to post a new topic:

I have got some samples of the new tungsten bodies for gammarus and other nymphs. Those new bodies makes it easy and fast to create nice nymphs. I really looks forward to get down and try them in Slovenia during week 20.

There are 4 sizes of bodies where the biggest fits hook size 10/12 and weights 0.9 gram. Second size 12/14 and weights 0.5 gram... there are also 2 more smaller sizes for hooks down to 18.

Colours: Natural, Orange, Green, Gold

What do you think? Will they work...

Welcome to our forum board!

These tungsten bodies look great and I am sure that they will work at our rivers too

Especially with the patterns from the photo. These gammarus bodies are really a true match for tying the gammarus patterns and they can be combined with various other materials too (for ex. thin skin, etc.)... I still haven�t try them, but I suppose they can be extremely useful, especially due to their ease of use. In one material you get a form and a weight for the fly, which is always a fly tiers goal when tying flies

So Czech thanks a lot for your information about this product- I am sure it is worth to give it a try...

Zivjo!

Jest bom pa zadevo probal. Gammarusi zgledajo v redu in vsaj 2x tezji so od licinke z najtezjo volframovo glavo

STEP BY STEP COPPER GAMMARUS

Za izradu ovog gammarusa potrebno je:
Udica Gamakatsu C12/B #14
Pet bakrenih glava veli�ine 2,2 mm
Egg yarn fluo orange
Copper dub
Epoxy clear 2k
Bakrena �ica
Konac braon 12/0

Step 1

Nani�emo pet bakrenih glava na udicu

Step 2

Osnovnim koncem u�vrstimo glave

Step 3

Na luku udice u�vrstimo egg yarn i upredemo copper dub

Step 4

Namotamo copper dub oko i izme�u bakrenih glava

Step 5

Navu�emo egg yarn preko le�a i u�vrstimo ga koncem

Step 6

Porebramo bakrenom �icom i iglom izvu�emo nogice

Step 7

Nanesemo na le�a epoxy i okrenemo le�a dole da se formira pravilan luk

I Copper Gammy je gotov
